Announcing For the Kingdom, A Giving Campaign

We are excited to share a quick look at For the Kingdom, a two-year giving campaign rooted in prayer, faith, and obedience as we pursue the vision God has placed before us—to see 5,000 people come to know Christ by 2035.

At its heart, For the Kingdom is about glorifying God by reaching the lost, discipling the believer, and sending them out to begin Kingdom Movements. This campaign invites every person at Jersey to participate in what God is doing—whether by going, sending, praying, or giving.

Through this campaign, we are uniting around our three Kingdom Movements:

CHURCH PLANTING
We are trusting God to help us plant 10 new autonomous churches over the next decade. By raising up pastors and sending teams into growing and underserved communities, we can reach people who may never walk through the doors of Jersey but desperately need the hope of Jesus.

INTERNATIONAL MISSIONS
God is calling us to send the gospel to the ends of the earth. Our prayer is to raise up and prepare to send 20 full-time international missionaries from within our own church family—two each year for the next ten years—partnering with what God is already doing around the world.

LOCAL KINGDOM MOVEMENTS
Not everyone is called to plant a church or go overseas, but every believer is called to live on mission. For the Kingdom emphasizes that God has prepared good works for each of us right where we live, work, and serve. Your Local Kingdom Movement is simply saying yes to the opportunities God has placed in front of you.

SUNDAYS AT JERSEY
OVER THE NEXT TWO MONTHS

You’ll hear testimonies and stories from all three Kingdom Movements—how God is already at work through church planting, international missions, and faithful obedience right here at home.

During this season, each of us will have the opportunity to respond by making commitments—not only to give financially, but also to pray intentionally and to send faithfully, trusting God to use our collective obedience to advance His Kingdom.

WHAT’S NEXT?
Over the two-year campaign, our prayer is to raise $1.25 million to fully resource the first five years of this vision. These funds will directly support church planting and international missions while equipping leaders and strengthening our ability to expand gospel impact—allowing Jersey’s ongoing ministries to remain strong as we reach farther.

Over the next two years, we are asking every person and family to prayerfully seek God and ask how He may be leading them to participate. No gift is too small, and no step of obedience goes unnoticed by God.

In the coming weeks, you will receive more communications and materials explaining the campaign and how you can be part of it. We encourage you to take time to pray over the vision and consider the role God may be inviting you to play. The best part, we get to do this together…

Together, we give. Together, we go.
Together, we are For the Kingdom.

MARK YOUR CALENDARS
Friends of the Kingdom Day – March 1
Friends of the Kingdom Day is a powerful opportunity for every person at Jersey to take a simple, faith-filled step of invitation. On this day, each of us is encouraged to invite an unchurched or unsaved friend to join us in Grow Groups and Worship.

Many people genuinely want to share Christ with those they care about but feel unsure, unprepared, or afraid of saying the wrong thing. This Sunday removes that pressure. Your role is simple: pray, extend the invitation, meet them at church. From there, Pastor Matt along with our Grow Group Leaders will clearly share the message of the gospel.

This is a moment where God can use a single invitation to change a life. Let’s pray boldly, invite confidently, and trust the Holy Spirit to do what only He can do.
